Steam Deck or ROG Ally?

They win different arguments. The Steam Deck OLED is the better-tuned system — SteamOS is built for the hardware, the OLED panel is excellent, and its battery band is the longest in class at matched settings because it is not chasing a peak it cannot hold. The ROG Ally has more raw horsepower and a high-refresh screen, and Windows runs launchers and anti-cheat titles SteamOS cannot — at the cost of shorter battery and Windows-on-a-handheld friction. Pick the Deck for consistency and longevity, the Ally for peak power and library breadth.
