Battery Capacity (Wh / mAh)

Battery capacity is stated in watt-hours (Wh) or milliamp-hours (mAh), and by itself it tells you the size of the tank, not the range. Range is capacity divided by draw: a big battery paired with a thirsty chip at high TDP can last less than a small battery in an efficient device run low. Watt-hours are the more directly comparable unit. This is exactly why our battery figures are bands at a stated TDP — the tank size alone predicts nothing you can plan a session around.
