USB Power Delivery (PD) Wattage
USB Power Delivery negotiates how much power a charger, bank, or dock supplies, in watts. For handhelds it decides whether a device charges while you play and whether a dock can power the handheld and a display at once. A charger below the device’s draw at high TDP means the battery drains even while plugged in. Match PD wattage to the handheld’s real pull — often 45–65W for a hungry PC handheld — rather than assuming any charger keeps up under gaming load.
